Chef Sato has worked in renowned fine dining restaurants worldwide, including "Quay" in Australia (a three-hat restaurant and one of the World's Top 50), and Michelin two-starred restaurant "JAAN" and Michelin one-starred restaurant "Whitegrass" in Singapore.
Drawing upon his extensive experiences from around the world, Sato combines precise, harmonious, and unpretentious cooking techniques to showcase quality seasonal ingredients from Taiwan, Japan, and other parts of Asia. This promises a unique and immersive experience.

Orchid Restaurant is home to an 8-meter tall dining space decorated in mainly classic black and gold. The gold materials used to create sense of layers and fluidity in terms of space design, modern monochromatic that feels cozy and chic.The round marble bar table at the center of the restaurant acts as the core of visual design, while mostly used for the display of dishes, the table also plays a role as the platform for the interaction of guests and display of culinary skills of chef.
