Seafood Battle – Chef Gildas Perin (Orchid) VS. Chef Daniel Negreira Bercero (Hidden by DN)

Competition encourages innovation. Orchid has set up a series of exciting food challenges and invited chefs from all over the world to participate to celebrate local Taiwan produce. We are happy to announce that our very first challenge will take place on August 4th and 5th. The theme is seafood. Chef Gildas Perin will reconstruct some classic French dishes and transform them into new flavors. Chef Daniel Negreira Bercero, on the other hand, will tackle with a feast from Spain. Whose cuisine reigns supreme? You will be the judge! Reservation is now open.
